6. AI Assistant Feature ("Ask AI")
The "Ask AI" feature sends your question, together with the study-material context needed to generate an answer, to an external AI service provider (Anthropic) for processing. The transmitted content is processed for the purpose of generating a response.
Generated answers and your question history are stored to provide and improve the feature (for example, identifying frequently asked questions to enrich the study material) and can be reviewed from My Page. This history is also removed when you withdraw or permanently delete your account.
Answers from this feature are AI-generated and their accuracy is not guaranteed; please always verify important matters against official sources. Do not enter sensitive personal information or anything you would not want transmitted to a third party.
7. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion
You may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion (erasure/anonymization) of your personal information. After logging in, you can withdraw (restorable) and permanently delete your account (erasing learning data and personal information) yourself fromMy Page.
